Agata Kaminska

Agata led trips in Europe, the Southwestern US and Peru for six years with Backroads. Raised in Chicago, she spent her summers growing up hiking and kayaking in Poland with her grandfather, to whom she credits her love of nature and all things active. She loves pickling, eating wild rose preserves and taking her family on Backroads-inspired trips. She enjoys contradictory landscapes and likes splitting her time between the desert and lush forests. In the winter, she works as a ski instructor in Denver, where she lives with her fiancé and dog, Rogi (named after the Polish pierogi).
