Raised in California, Ashley has been exposed to everything fun in the sun from the mountains to the sea. A born adventurer, she is always eager to explore the unknown. While earning her degree in Environmental Science from University of Oregon, she spent time “expl-Oregoning” her newfound home. Since graduating, she has traveled and lived in numerous places around the globe, eventually leading her to Berkeley, CA. Ashley is extremely passionate about our wonderful planet, its people and all the life forms we share it with…above all, penguins! You can usually find her with her hands in the soil or her eyes toward the sky birdwatching.
