Our pre-planned meet and drop-off times and locations are thoughtfully selected to make your pre- and post-trip logistics as easy as possible. While not all trips have multiple options, many do, and you can find this information in your Backroads Account as well as your Travel Planner. Selecting your meet and drop-off locations helps our Trip Leaders best prepare for your arrival and departure.
Please follow these easy steps:
- Access your Backroads Account via the Sign In icon at the top of any Backroads webpage or access your trip checklist directly through a confirmation email.
- Under your Upcoming Trips, select the trip and click Complete Checklist.
- Listed in My Trip Checklist, click Meet/Drop Off.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to each guest traveling with you on your reservation to make your selections from the available options.
- Select your preference from available options for Trip Start Meeting Location and Trip Drop Off End Location.
- While optional, entering your flight details helps your Trip Leaders make sure that you arrive and depart as expected and best assist with your travel plans.
- If all guests traveling with you on your reservation have the same plans, check the box next to Use same selections for all guests.
- Be sure to save your entries!
If your travel plans change and you’d like to edit your entries before your trip, select Edit next to any item for any traveler listed and make changes as needed.
