Leading Backroads trips is a hard job to beat, so after ten years of staying put in Berkeley, Kelly got out her suitcase and returned to the leader lifestyle she once loved. In both rounds of trip leading, Kelly has spent her summer months in France, Switzerland and Italy, with appearances in the Netherlands, Vermont and even her home state of California. In the winter she returns home to Berkeley and spends her time in an office secretly longing for spring and the chance to wear hiking boots, fleece and a backpack to work again.
