Trips are confirmed before the Final Payment due date. We guarantee most departures well in advance, often as soon as 5 guests are booked. We’ll always send you an email as soon as we know your trip is a “go,” at which time you can book flights and pre-/post-trip hotels with confidence. Until we guarantee your trip to run, we don’t recommend buying non-refundable or non-transferable flights.
