Your deposit is fully refundable on Scheduled Trips, Special Departures and Active Cruises up to 14 days after you book, when you book 14 days or more before final payment due date; on Private Trips your deposit is refundable before the per-person deposit is due. On Scheduled Trips, Special Departures and Active Cruises you can transfer your deposit to another trip or put your deposit on hold up until the final payment due date; on Private Trips you can transfer your deposit until final payment due date. Final payment due dates are as follows:
- For Scheduled Trips, 95 days to trip start
- Special Departures, 155 days to trip start
- For Active Cruises, 185 days to trip start. For Antarctica, 216 days to trip start
- For Private Trips, 185 days to trip start
