After you’ve submitted your request, we’ll get to work contacting the trip hotel(s) to confirm room availability and/or bedding configurations. We typically receive confirmation in 3-5 business days, and we’ll keep you updated on the status of request if the process takes longer.
As soon as your room(s) are guaranteed, we’ll automatically charge the deposit to your saved payment method and confirm your reservation via email (standard Terms & Conditions then apply).
In the rare case that we’re not able to confirm a room or specified room type, you will not be charged a deposit and our team will work with you to help you find an alternative trip, date or bedding arrangement.
