What does it mean to submit a request?

If your desired departure date requires a booking request, it means we need to confirm availability with one or more trip hotels. This may involve adding a room to our allotment or ensuring the specific bedding configuration you need. We’re almost always able to secure requested rooms, and we typically receive confirmation from hotels in 3-5 business days. Some trips also require us to collect passport information to secure things like permits or flights. If this applies to your selected trip, a member of our Sales team will contact you soon after your request has been submitted.

To complete a request online, you’ll be prompted through all required steps – including adding a payment method. This makes it easy for us to confirm your reservation by automatically charging a deposit as soon as your spot is guaranteed and streamlines the booking process for you and your fellow guests.
